The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, going out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent amenities. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake from the sauna/lounge on the top floor. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a great spread of options. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. We would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the hotel facilities, especially the sauna and pool. The breakfast was delicious, with a good range of food options. The location was great for outdoor activities, like running and cycling.

We had a lovely stay at this family-run hotel. the staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable visit. the room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower and comfortable bedding. the breakfast spread was top-notch, with delicious scrambled eggs and bacon. We also enjoyed the complimentary glass of Prosecco in the sauna/lounge area with stunning views over the lake. the hotel's location was convenient for runners, with a scenic 15km route around the lake.
Although the room we stayed in was quiet, there were some potentially noisy rooms facing the road and lake.

Enjoyed a lovely weekend at a quaint, family-run hotel with high-quality amenities. The refurbished hotel had very spacious and clean rooms. We were able to secure our bikes in a shed adjacent to the hotel, with pumps and tools available. The sauna on the top floor had a stunning view of the surrounding area. The meals were high quality and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We also appreciated the opportunity to use the hotel sleds.
The hotel is next to a busy road that can contribute to noise in rooms facing the lake. Some rooms may not have scenic views of the surrounding area.

The hotel had a great location in the city. the breakfast was included in the price, and it was delicious. the room was also very clean and cozy, with comfortable beds and a nice view.
The noise level was extremely high, both from the traffic on the busy street outside and the guests in the neighboring rooms. the walls seemed to be paper-thin and we could hear everything.
